As part of the master planned community of Niguel Ranch, 111 single family homes make up this wonderful neighborhood. Taking full advantage of its hilltop setting with a terraced layout allows spectacular views over Southern Orange County. It has it all with shopping, schools and parks nearby as well as easy access to the I-5 freeway and San Joaquin Hills tollroad.
