GateWorks

As of 12/13/10, Gateworks access is via a more efficient, custom site for Bear Brand Ranch Community Association and offers new features and benefits in the guest access system.

Simply log-on at www.BearBrand.CommunityHOA.com.

Enter your Username (your 10-digit telephone number) and Password (your pass code)

To familiarize yourself with the system, please review the 12/13/10 Gate Works Notice 71k and Security FAQs 94k. We ask that all residents complete and submit the Vehicle Registration form 52k.
