El Encanto Subassociation is located in beautiful San Clemente with its 33 acres of beach. Our quaint community borders the southernmost tip of Orange County in Southern California. This ideal location near the ocean makes temperatures mild year round. We are roughly 30 minutes south of the John Wayne International Airport and a convenient commute to most of Orange County.
