Welcome to Harvard Square Maintenance Association home page.

Harvard Square is a gated residential community of 456 homes located conveniently located near the I-5 freeway, northeast of Harvard Avenue and Walnut Avenue, in Irvine, California. Irvine is ranked by Parents Magazine as one of the safest and best places to raise a family. The Irvine Unified School District is known for its nationally recognized schools with student performance well-above state and national comparisons and comprehensive programs in academics, the arts, and athletics.

Residents of Harvard Square are just minutes from The Tustin Market Place, the Irvine Spectrum Shopping Center, South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island, Disneyland, and the beautiful Southern California Coastline. Surrounding amenities include nearby grocery, specialty and convenience stores, restaurants and Irvinešs many sprawling paved walkways and parks. The prestigious University of California, Irvine is just a few miles south of Harvard Square and many residents enjoy attending performing arts and sporting events at the Barclay Theater and the Bren Event Center on the UCI campus.

Originally developed in 1997, Harvard Square is comprised of three housing developments - Cambridge, Centennial and Revere. Residents in Harvard Square enjoy beautifully designed homes and neatly landscaped common areas as well as a private neighborhood park featuring a wealth of planned recreational amenities.
