In our on-going effort to provide the best service possible to your community, Progressive Community Management now has a website and direct e-mail service to furnish additional means of communication. Each homeowner will now have the opportunity to communicate with Progressive representatives directly via their individual e-mail addresses or a generic service request form that you will find on our website.
Our community manager, Lisa Klasky, can be contacted via her e-mail address of lisak@progressivecm.com. The accounting department can be contacted at accounting@progressivecm.com or at their individual addresses of shelleyl@progressivecm.com (accounts receivable) or suet@progressivecm.com (accounting manager).
The web-site currently has a service request form that can be accessed as an alternate means of communicating a need for assistance. Once you complete the request form on-line, it will be directed to your community manager.
The Progressive Community Management website address is www.progressivecm.com. In the very near future, sub-domain websites will be offered to each community so that newsletters, specific forms or community documents will be available on-line. We will keep you posted on the progress of this exciting phase of the websiteís development.
