At the September 25, 1999 Annual Meeting of the Membership, three directors were elected, each to serve a three year term on the Monarch Bay Association Board of Directors: Cliff Anderson, Gary Dapelo and Jess Marlow. Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the directors held an organizational meeting and elected officers as follows:
