The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY November 8, 1999 at the Hustedt residence, 225 Monarch Bay Drive. A homeowner forum will be held at the beginning of the meeting, to provide the homeowners with an opportunity to discuss issues directly with the Board.
There will be a special joint meeting of the Architectural Committee and the Board of Directors to discuss several policy issues of concern on October 28, 1999 at 5:00 p.m. The results of this meeting will be discussed further at the Board meeting on November 8, 1999.
