The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday January 15, 2001 at the Kranser residence, 75 Monarch Bay Drive. A homeowner forum will be held at the beginning of the meeting, to provide the homeowners with an opportunity to discuss issues directly with the Board. The February Board meeting will be held on Monday, February 12, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hustedt residence, 225 Monarch Bay Drive.

In the spirit of the holidays, our four permanent guards, will each be receiving a holiday bonus on behalf of the community. If you wish to recognize them personally for their efforts and dedication, please feel free to do so.
A very special thank you to Lisa Klasky and Progressive Community Management for their gift of the beautiful poinsettia plants that decorate our entryway.
We appreciate all of the festive holiday decorations in the community this year, it looks wonderful. We don’t want to put a damper on the season, but please remember that all holiday decorations must be removed by the end of the January in compliance with the Association’s governing documents.
MALL LANDSCAPE ISSUES
The Mall area irrigation upgrade project has been delayed due to unexpected difficulties with the electrical service connections. The O’Connell Landscape and Arroyo Vista Landscape crew members are ready to begin the installation process in January. In early January we will provide more detailed information to the Mall homeowners of what you can expect during the construction process. We apologize for the project delays, but assure you that the best approach is being evaluated and implemented to ensure the best installation possible.
