DANA POINT HISTORICAL SOCIETY - HOME TOUR As many of you know, the Dana Point Historical Society is going to be conducting its Third Annual Historic Home Tour on Sunday, October 6th, from 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This years tour will feature homes in Monarch Bay and will include a reception at our park next to the tennis court. So far, five homeowners have agreed to have their homes on the tour, but we need one or two more homes. We are particularly looking for homes that maintain their original look and feel or that have kept some of their original architectural features, if they have been substantially remodeled. If you are interested in the possibility of having your home on the tour, please call Don Burnes and Alice Baum at 488-0427. They would love to hear from you. Also, Don and Alice are looking for docents to help them on tour day in the homes on the tour. If you are interested in helping out in that way, please call them. In the next Bay Banter, we will have a flyer about the tour with ticket information. It should be a great, fun day, so please mark your calendars. And, if you want to help, either by having your home on the tour of by being a docent, please call Alice and Don. NEXT BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2002 at the Selby residence, 331 Monarch Bay Drive. A homeowner forum will be held at the beginning, to provide the homeowners with an opportunity to discuss issues directly with the Board. The August meeting will be held on Monday, August 12th at the Anderson residence, 241 Monarch Bay Drive. 2002 VEHICLE DECAL PROGRAM Thank you for your cooperation in submitting your vehicle information to enable us to issue new decals for 2002.
