Pacific Hills Homeowners Association is a community of 602 homes in Mission Viejo, California. It is situated east of Interstate 5 between the La Paz and Oso Parkway exits. The community is close to the Civic Center of Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo Library, Norman Murray Community and Senior Center, the Village Center shopping area and the World Cup Soccer Center. This hilltop community commands views from the Pacific Coast to the West and the Saddleback Mountains to the East.
