Welcome to The Estate Series of Seacliff on the Greens Homeowners Association!

Developed by Cayman Development in 1987, SeaCliff on the Greens is a beautiful guard-gated community located just north of Pacific Coast Highway and west of Goldenwest in Huntington Beach. SeaCliff on the Greens is known for the builderšs use of broad, frequently-placed greenbelt areas, landscaped with lush, mature trees and occasional waterscapes. Many of the homes abut or have views of nearby SeaCliff Country Club. The overall effect is a park-like atmosphere that is both peaceful and welcoming of neighborhood interaction.

The Estates Series is comprised of 142 single-family detached homes in a variety of architectural styles and floor plans. The homeowners maintain their own sub-association, as well as being a part of the overall Community Association. The Estates Series has an active Board of Directors and several homeowner committees that largely focus on issues of CC&R compliance, landscaping, architectural modifications, traffic, safety and communications. Proximity to the ocean, pride of ownership and a sense of community are just some of the factors that make SeaCliff on the Greens so unique.
