| Trabuco Highlands is very proud of the new playground dedicated February 2001. It consists of two areas accommodating different age groups, separated by a concrete breezeway with benches, flowers and a shade tree. The playground is surrounded by grassy knolls, meandering walkways, picnic tables and barbecues. A hot spot for the children living in Trabuco Highlands. |

| The play field consists of a full size basketball court, a separate restroom building, more picnic tables and barbecues and a sports field. The sports field is approximately three acres, making it the largest private sports field in Orange County. The turf was specially designed for soccer, but our homeowners enjoy many hours of multiple sports on the field. Please remember... No Golf. |

| The Trabuco Highlands pool is slightly larger than an Olympic size pool. With sports lanes, a separate children's wader, a spa and almost 200 pieces of pool furniture, it is one of the largest pool facilities in the County. |
