Monarch Bay is a beautiful oceanfront community of 214 custom homes surrounding a beatiful private beach club and a pristine California Beach. Once through the gated guard entrance to Monarch Bay, you find a private tennis court and recreation area, utilized year round by our residents and their guests. The Monarch Bay Association Board of Directors is led by nine volunteer homeowners giving their time and enthusiasm to their community. In addition, to the Board of Directors, the Monarch Bay Association has seven active Committees or Representative Groups, all led by active volunteers, to assist homeowners with architectural administration, landscape requests, facilities, maintenance, etc..
Many of our residents are original owners that could not see themselves living anywhere else, as well as many new residents who desire to raise their families in the "close" community atmosphere that Monarch Bay has to offer.
