Monarch Bay is a beautiful oceanfront community of 214 custom homes surrounding a beatiful private beach club and a pristine California Beach. Once through the gated guard entrance to Monarch Bay, you find a private tennis court and recreation area, utilized year round by our residents and their guests. You would be surprised to learn that this is a 50+ year old community upon viewing the award winning architecture and unique home designs.

The Monarch Bay Association Board of Directors is led by nine volunteer homeowners giving their time and enthusiasm to their community. In addition, to the Board of Directors, the Monarch Bay Association has seven active Committees or Representative Groups, all led by active volunteers, to assist homeowners with architectural administration, landscape requests, facilities, maintenance, etc..

Many of our residents are original owners that could not see themselves living anywhere else, as well as many new residents who desire to raise their families in the "close" community atmosphere that Monarch Bay has to offer. Be sure to check out Monarch Bay Beach Club and the City of Dana Point websites also!

The look and feel of the Monarch Bay community is depicted within our site. The Annual Calendar is kept updated for the community's current fiscal year. Useful contacts and phone numbers are located in the Community Directory.

The Documents and Policies section includes Homeowner Guidelines and Application Forms. Lease Reference and Early Lot Purchase Program documents are available for review or download.

The News and Minutes area features the current and past issues of the community newsletter, as well as archived meeting minutes and important news updates. The password to access this secure area is noted in your current newsletter.

Answers to common homeowner questions can be found in the FAQs section. The Contacts page lists phone, fax and e-mail for Keystone. Please use the online Maintenance Request form to report maintenance problems.
